When Pigs Fly

.

Miss Porky Pig flies through the air during the Pig Racing and Diving show at Melbourne Showgrounds, September 18, in Melbourne, Australia. The Show has been taking place in Melbourne since 1848 and is Victoria's largest and longest running annual public entertainment event, expected to attract around half a million visitors in 2009. I always knew there was something deeply disturbing about Oznians.

Comments:
I always figured that Babe was set in Oz, too.

I used to love the show (as we called it) when I was growing up in Melbourne. It's a massive event, set up originally to show animals and produce from rural Victoria. (Victoria is an Australian state.)

So what is with the diving pigs and does how they get them to do it involve mentioning "bacon"?
